Nearly a year later, we now see how reckless John McCain was to pick Sarah Palin for Vice President.
Suppose McCain had won. Suppose he had died in office or become incapacitated. The woman who made that incoherent and incomprehensible statement last week – so strange it made Mark Sanford look sane – would be President of the United States
You can only shake your head at the Fox News commentators who still think she has a snowball’s chance in hell of winning the GOP nomination.
If she does, the party is in even worse shape than I ever dreamed.
It is not sexist and it is not elitist to tell the truth: This is a person who is not intellectually or emotionally qualified to be Mayor of Wasilla, or Governor of Alaska, let alone President of the United States
