Back when the Shah ruled Iran Ali Khamenei was arrested six times, exiled. The Shah fell, Khamenei returned home, became president of Iran. An assassin set a tape recorder with a bomb inside in front of him – the bomb exploded, mutilated his arm. After Iran’s first Ayatollah died, Khamenei became the Supreme Leader.

His sister’s husband spoke out against him, fled into exile. His sister asked if she could join her husband. The Khamenei told her no. Taking her five children with her she fled, joined her husband in Iraq, lived in exile for years – then they came home.  Khamenei locked her husband in prison.

Last year Khamenei’s ‘Morality Police’ arrested twenty-two-year-old Masha Amini for not wearing a hijab, hauled her to jail, beat her. She died in a hospital room two days later, face and legs covered in bruises.

Protests erupted – Khamenei’s ‘Revolutionary Guards’ shot 500 protestors.

Calling America ‘The Great Satan’ Ayatollah Khamenei gave missiles and drones to Hamas, Hezbollah, and Houthis to attack Israel, our soldiers in Iraq and Syria, ships in the Red Sea.

For years, after we won the Cold War we faced no global threats. Those days are past. A New Era’s dawned with an Ayatollah attacking Israel, a dictator attacking Ukraine, and China cheering both on.
