The war’s started.

Ron DeSantis flew to Iowa – taking off the gloves Trump tweeted: “Very small crowds for Rod DeSanctimonious. He’s against farmers, Social Security and Medicare, so why would people show up – other than fake stories from the Fake News!”

Say what you will about Trump he’s a fighter. And, so far, DeSantis, Haley, Pompeo, Sununu, are not fighters. Trump punches, they shrug, and duck.

What should they do?

Humor’s a powerful weapon – if Trump punches, punch back with humor. They don’t have to be crass like Trump. But they can’t ignore Trump. They have to stand up to the bully. Or they lose.
