All last year Democrats hammered away at Pat McCrory saying, Disclose, disclose, disclose – demanding McCrory disclose the clients he worked with at the Charlotte law firm of Moore and Van Allen.
Apparently, no one gave a toot and, after the election, the Governor may well have thought and he’d heard the word disclose the last time. But, then, after taking office, a lobbying scandal dropped into his lap – Secretary of Crime Control Kieran Shanahan landed in the soup for practicing law part time after taking office. Shanahan cured that problem by giving up practicing law and restored peace – but only for a few days. Because next the Democrats landed on the fact Shanahan’s wife owns a lobbying firm and this time when Shanahan landed in the soup the Democrats pulled McCrory in too, chanting, Disclose, disclose, disclose.
Again, again, again.
