I might be wrong but a story one of Kamala Harris’ political wizards told after she lost sure sounded like a tall tale.
He started out by telling a reporter there was no value, during the campaign, in Harris speaking with the New York Times or the Washington Post, added, Their readers are already with us.
Instead of facing a hard fact – whether what Kamala Harris said in interviews backfired – he blamed where she gave interviews.
Talking about Joe Rogan’s podcast – which Trump did, Harris declined – Harris’ guru described it as a news program, said these days folks are seeking alternative sources of news because they ‘don’t trust elites, they don’t trust the media.’
Joe Rogan, a comedian, got a $250 million deal from Spotify because he’s entertaining. Not because he’s a reporter. Or a modern day Walter Cronkite.
Claiming people look at Joe Rogan and see a cure to broken news media – that sounded like another tall tale.
