Tough times call for stern measures and in
The young women meet to share fellowship and condolences over brunch or drinks in bars and uptown restaurants; one young lady, whose 28 year old private wealth manager husband has gone into a funk and stopped playing golf due to the financial crisis, laments, “It’s not what I signed up for.” Whose marriage is?
I can’t help but wonder how these young ladies would have coped, say, in the 1850s crossing the Great Plains with a baby in one arm, a rifle in the other and the Sioux circling the wagon train.
