Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation

A point of personal privilege.
We lost a bright light when we lost Jamie Kirk Hahn six months ago. Now, the Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation has been established to honor her life and continue the work she cared about. Hundreds of friends, colleagues, family members and even people who barely knew Jamie have made the Foundation a reality.
I invite you to support the Foundation – and take part in the official launch.
Friday, October 25, would have been Jamie’s 30th birthday. On Saturday the 26th, there will be a day of service in her honor with the Interfaith Food Shuttle. That night there will be a benefit concert for the Foundation at the Lincoln Theatre.
Politics brought my family and me together with Jamie and her husband Nation. But this is bigger than politics.
Jamie believed in the causes and campaigns she worked for, but she believed most of all in the goodness of people. She was a ray of light in any meeting, any campaign and any gathering. She did everything with contagious optimism, a disarming smile and a determined spirit.
You can buy tickets to Jamie’s Birthday Jam October 26 here. Or support the Foundation by making a tax-deductible donation here.
Be part of a good time and a good cause honoring a truly good person.
