Back in the old days when an election was over folks leaned back, heaved a sigh of relief. Squabbling stopped. For awhile.

This year, after the curtain fell on the election, squabbling rolled on: We’ve got Fox News still bashing Harris and the ‘mainstream’ media punching away at Trump, who just handed them more red meat with Kash Patel. Meanwhile, over on X, Elon Musk just branded Alexander Vindman a ‘traitor’ – and Trump’s lauding Musk and Patel as ‘killers.’

Unfortunately, that’s America today. Our nation’s character is not what it once was.

Looking back, we’ve never had a flawless president. But in days past we have had presidents who owned up to their mistakes and tried to fix them. Those days are gone. But both Trump and the media do have one trait in common: They both enjoy pointing fingers to get cheers.
