But what if…as Trump watches votes roll in tomorrow night, leading Harris, he announces he won. But in the end loses.

Last time we walked down that road Mike Pence told Trump, No, I can’t throw out Biden’s electors. Rescued us. Landed himself in exile.

The words ‘You won, congratulations’ are an old ritual – disappointed candidates have said those words at the end of elections since the dawn of the Republic. Trump claimed the election was stolen. People cheered. And healing flew out the window.
